Very satisfied sales staff were there to answer any quemdtions. The X4 is an exceptional car shame BMW are ceasing making them as i would not have purchased an X2 or new X3. I was delighted to get a new X4 from the sales lady i was dealing with.

Dropped the car off at the garage at 9am and advised we would wait. My wife and I went for breakfast and returned just after 11am after being told the garage was busy. It took until 2.30pm before we got the car back.

Checking the car in was handled properly & politely by Ellie Murray; she answered questions & provided technical and pricing information I had asked for. The service video was clear & the car was returned on time. Labour charges are too high though.

I stated the car wasn't to be cleaned but it was. The car is ceramic coated and if not cleaned correctly this can strip away the coating.

I've had no issues with the service or communication, and I appreciate that the staff handling calls aren't the technicians who performed the work. However, I now have serious concerns that the engine may be damaged, and I believe the warranty repair

There appears to have been a catastrophic failure of the air conditioning system, within an hour or so between the service completing and me picking up, I find it very hard to believe that this was not detected in the garage. Continued in next field:

The process for carrying out the MOT on my 2004 Z4 went smoothly

The service was fine. The car wash and interior wipe down was way below an expected standard. I had to clean the inside of my windscreen and dashboard. I can only assume the cloth used had been used all day or more without a hint of cleaning it.

What was done was done well, but 1/2 recall work booked in wasn't done. Now I've rebooked the recall but have had to pay an additional £19 to have a courtesy car to go to/from home.

Andee has been fantastic, very polite person & has kept me right and helped me a lot with my car during this visit, had ran into some issues with the car and she made sure my car was seen to straight away, and has been completely transparent.

My car was in for a recall for the emissions at one point i was told they had mixed up the booking and hadn't started the work and the work was going to run into the next day

Fault was not found, their clear made no sense claiming the rattle was due to passenger seat belt position. The rattle existed when passenger was wearing seatbelt - the annoying noise I think was from behind front door panel.

Quick check in. Called to say car was ready. A bit disappointed that tyre pressures aren't checked and rectified on a £400 service. I knew the notification was on screen at start up and deliberately hadn't rectified myself. Wasn't reported.

The only minor issue was that I had completed the pre-service questionnaire and had requested screen wash to be topped up as I had a prompt that it was low. However, this wasn't done.

For starters our drivers alloy wheel is badly damaged but have no proof that it happened whilst being serviced apart from it wasnt damaged before hand. Not getting it washed as standard having to pay extra when your paying a fortune for a service.
