Booked service online via bmw app. Price quoted by Parks online portal wasn't honoured. Third and final time I've been disappointed by parks. I will never use Parks Hamilton for any service or recommend them to anyone.

Car was booked in December for a new offside door mirror to be fitted on Tuesday 7th January. I received a phone call mid morning to advise that the parts received by the garage were incomplete. Therefore the works planned could not be undertaken.
