My experience was amazing. My salesman Taylor Ritchie couldn't have done any more to help me. Taylor was always on hand to answer any questions I had and made buying my new 1 series really easy. Afterwards, he made sure everything was ok too.

I new what I wanted and the dealership sourced the car I wanted at an excellent price. All the documentation was signed remotely which was a new innovation which I appreciated, especially not living near the dealership.

I have been dealing with this branch for many years and was surprised to see that the staff at the centre have changed dramatically. There are not many of the staff remaining from my previous visit and I feel that the personal touch has disappeared.

Very poor service centre. I was told my car would be 2hrs for a tyre change and alignment, so I chose to wait. It took 4.5 hrs. That's just my issue on this occasion. If I hadn't already pre paid a service plan I would certainly not be back.

It appears that the servicing dept take a rigid approach to fault finding which seems to blind them to taking a common sense approach. This results in customers having to pay for unnecessary work. That said, the manager was reassuringly pragmatic.

Checks identified a nail in tyre which was good and it was repaired at reasonable cost. However the car returned with the valve dust cap missing. Annoying as it is not a basic standard dust cap.

Andi kept me updated. She explained X5 had to be held overnight due to a replacement windscreen washer reservoir being ordered and my car having to be held at garage for another night because return drivers unavailability. I was not inconvenienced.

I tried to call Caragh for clarification on how my service and mot was. Only know that one of my tyres needing changed. I've called 3 times and she hasn't gotten back to me. Her colleague told me she emailed her to contact me. 2 weeks later no call.

Asked for tracking to be checked when new tyres fitted as had worn at just short of 15000 miles and car pulling to the left. Was told this had been done and no issues however car still pulling to the left will need to put car into another garage

Car was in for a recall. Given it back and drivetrain error came up along with engine management light. Recall was the EGR Cooler. Error was the EG sensor. I told Laura that the car faulted almost immediately after getting I was called a liar

Not keen on the service check-in process/key locker. A nice option for out of hours but not customer facing during shop hours. I have to faults or complaints on the work carried out on my car. Video link during the visual checks is a nice touch.
